- Oversee the implementation of youth internship programs, including recruitment, training, and evaluations.

- Identify suitable internship opportunities and match participants with host organizations.
- Provide support to both interns and host organizations during the internship.
- Collect and analyze data on the program’s outcomes and prepare reports.
